About AlphaForms

ALPHAFORMS is the competitive group of players representing the Forms Academy.  The AF Group is selective, focuses on the individual player, and requires multiple training sessions per week.

Participation in the Forms Academy's AlphaForms program requires:

• a promotion or an invitation

• an individual player assessment

• a program commitment minimum of one season (6 months).

• the purchasing of the AlphaForms full kit.

• acceptance of the monthly training tuition.*

*The Forms Academy reserves the right to adjust the value of above stated tuition and administrative dues at any time.  In the event either are changed, the adjustment will not supersede any tuition or dues under an existing seasonal contract, but will rather adjust upon renewal.
